On my policy from my insurance company states that my SA is listed with the SErial Number but my CE isn't. Would this cause any type of issue if something were to happen with it? I do recall them asking me what the total value is, but never once did they ask for an appraisal. However for my SA they did. :idontgetit:

How would they be able to track it!?

Should I say something?

Yes, get it in writing that you provided them with the serial number and appraisal...then it's harder for them to deny a claim.

Wouldn't they have said something from the beginning though or just not accept it without the SN? I remember the lady saying something about how since it less than $6k there is no need for an appraisal (or something). I'm on year 3 and they never mentioned anything to me...but my SA has the SN listed along with my wifes engagement right, which also has a SN!

My insurance company here in Australia didn't bother with serial numbers but i think i'd still make it as detailed as you can.

You are Assuming something you should never assume - that any agent you talk to has a clue. Make sure both watches have appraisals and serial numbers and are both insured for full new replacement value.

DONE, Thanks.... I knew something wasn't right! Just my luck something would happen to my watch, then I would get $hit back for it.
