Start the video @ 1:57 - Briefly, this is a flyby @ Fenway in Boston. Apparently, 3 planes took off from Point A, and 1 plane took off from Point B. The single plane was running a little behind and needed to make up a little bit of time. Apparently he could not slow his plane quickly enough so pulled the maneuver over Fenway. Its a pretty incredible (see dangerous, stupid, etc...) piece of flying.
