Totally off topic and actually off forum, but on the "other" forum I see lots of Grail Sale posts. Are they selling their "grail" or selling these watches to buy their "grail?" I see some of the watches are $100-$200 watches and if those are their grails, then....... :nana:

I always assumed they were selling the low end watches to trade up to a "grail". In actuality, they are probably just trying to make a quick buck.

I think that the original intent was to say "I've found my dream watch so this has to go" (i.e. the only reason that I am selling this wonderful price for such an amazingly low price is because the watch of my dreams has suddenly become available), now I think it's just "looking to buy something different".
