Post subject: | Registration updates on second-hand Emergencies? |
I just saw the Emergency in the Buy/Sell section, which reminded me of an old question I have. This is probably the better place for it, not as a reply to the seller... When you're buying an Emergency the AD takes your information and you verify yourself by showing the drivers license, just to ensure that you'll be held responsible for any emergency rescue patrols that was sent out on a "false alarm". When selling the watch to the next guy - is there an update somehow of the emergency alarm responsibility? Or, will the first person who owned the watch be responsible for any actions also after selling the watch? Just curious, any thoughts are most welcome. |

I would just notify the Breitling AD, that an ownership change has happend. They should be able to do the rest (forward the information to Breitling) BG Thomas |
