Is anyone familiar with this particular Breitling (Breitling Wings automatic II). Is it comparable to a Colt Automatic? Any idea of what it would be valued at in good condition?

As chmre implies, look and see what they are selling for / have recently sold for to get some idea of current value. Also bear in mind that it was produced for 11 - 12 years, so values will differ greatly depending on year - a mid 90s will be worth less than one from 3 or 4 years ago.

Not sure if it is considered a direct predecessor, but the Wings was discontinued when the Cockpit was introduced - they're both in the Windrider series, so not really comparable to a Colt (which is in the Aeromarine range).
