With the much awaited and controversial addition of the Chronomat B01, I thought it would be appropriate time to see which ones really rocks our boats. So vote on the ones you like the most, regardless of already had, -own, -going to get one, or what ever reason. All models didn´t fit, so try to make do with the ones that did. Most seem to love couple or more, so I think 2 votes is ok.

I voted SA simply because I have one, and none of the others yank my chain at the moment.

If I HAD to choose one of the others I would (bizarrely enough) have to say the Chronomat B01! Yeah I know I've beaten it up a bit over the last few days, but as a real movement fan, the B01 is the only one that offers something remotely new for me (however B23-like it is in appaerance).

However, I'm sorry to say that any few thousand burning a hole in my pocket this year will not be going on one of that list. Sorry.

Well since I havent seen the new Chronomat in person, I went with the two watches that are (to me) quintissential to Breitling:

The Navitimer and the Blackbird.

They are and always will be my favourite mechanical Breitlings :)

Probably not too many surprises in my choice.

Navitimer, with my love of all things Breitling past it had to be. Second choice was the Cockpit - just about the most versatile Breitling in my opinion.

I went with my mighty Skyland, which I think is THE allrounder. I´m totally powerless under it´s reign. The more I wear it the better I feel. Chronomat B01 got the other vote. After the initial shock wave had surged it started to appear more and more intresting. Now I think it looks bang up to date and very sharp.

B1 for those that know what it is and of course the SA which always seems to be in demand.

I voted cockpit ( well i would woudn't I!) It may not be the most popular here, (make that almost non existent!) but I think if you can get past not having three other dials to time your egg by it is one of the most useful movements and watches out there.
I would go big date over chronograph functions any day, So many watches have tiny date windows, I love the large display, it is both classy and easy to read which in my mind makes it a real pro tool!

Add to that that it is a quite complicated movement to make and you get the watchmakers art in detail thrown in for good measure! Come on guys (and gals) it is a bit lonely out here in cockpit land! time for you all to get one  :lingsrock:

I voted navitimer as it is my favourite Breitling model by far; a true classic :D

My second vote went to the Chronomat B01. No doubt sales this year will be large being the new movement and all.

I had to go with the Chronomat B01. Had there been no new models this year or any year, my likely next watch was already a Chronomat........now the B01 version has eclipsed that.

For the record, I'd still love a 2008 Chronomat, but the new styling (maybe with the teensiest bias against the bezel that everyone hates) coupled with the real ticket, the B01 movement, has me desiring this watch more than all others today.

....two votes you say....? ....second choice is the Superocean. Simple, beautiful, more attainable than most....I'll bet this watch is responsible for a lot of first-time Breitling owners taking the plunge (no pun intended). I don't see it getting a lot of respect here, but I think the model earns its keep.

On this list, for me it's the SA and the regular Chronomat. If nothing happens at the end of Basel, the watch budget will go elsewhere this year I'm afraid.
