I just got my Yellow Avenger Seawolf back from service. The crown used to squeak when i wound it. Setting it was really hard because the gaskets were pretty worn. The movement was messed up, second hand would stop at random times.... Well needless to say I watched that video and was pretty happy to see exactly what they were doing to my watch. Got it back yesterday and not only is everything super smooth like a brand new watch. They got rid of every scratch, it looks AMAZING. I'm so impressed, happy, excited to have my Seawolf back and in my rotation again!

So I've done this twice now, and I think we all would be stupid not to do this. As luck would have I had something happen to my CSO & my Seawolf between 20-22 months after I purchased them from AD's. So I did not have to pay for service under warranty. If anyone has a Bling still under warranty and you are creeping up on that two year mark, take a strong look at it to make sure everything is in PERFECT working order. If something doesn't seem right, send it in. It is so worth sending it in and saving $400 under warranty. Make something up, tell your AD it's +10 or -8 seconds. Just a thought... |
