Went into an AD in Nottingham this month to get acurate replacement prices for my watches (for insurance purposes) and was told that there will be another price increase May 1st of anywhere between 10%-15% !!! I'm sure they only went up in Feb this year by about 10% - Anyone else heard any rumblings ???? :?:

Annual price increase in May as usual.

The regional increases between November and February weren't increases, they were 'currency fluctuation adjustments'

So, when these price increases take place on May 1st, does that mean that ADs automatically increase there prices on the models that have been sitting there or is that increase for incoming pieces only? I'm new to the game....so please clarify how this usually works. My watch fetish only dates back about 4 months ago.

All the watches they have in stock automatically go up in price, no matter how long they've had in stock. So if you're planning to buy, you might want to buy before May 1.

Price doesn't matter, make them a take it or leave it offer.

Even if it gets to chasing down your car, they will end up taking it.

some ad's keep the prices the same on pieces in stock although im not sure they are meant to.

best get your names down quickly on my group buy thread then, dont forget our USA and non eu members save the 15% vat as well

to give those that dont have a UK price guyide a benchmark a cosmo on bracelet in the UK is £4345 inc VAt so without £3778 which is $5592 @ 1.48 spot rate and thats before discount and the discount will be ok too
