Just spoke to my AD about the "new" Chronomat SS; I told him that I didn't really like it and that its a huge transformation
from the classic design.... :(

He believes its a BIG success for Breitling and many clients are pre-ordering
As soon as I heard that the MSRP is ~11000Can$ I almost fainted

Has Breitling lost their mind.??...It costs more to buy a new Chronomat SS than a SS Daytona????
One good thing is that the "old" Chronomat is still being produced (who knows for how much longer)

C$11,000 doesn't sound right to me. That would make it make it about 10% more expensive than the UK

I'll try and talk to my contacts, but pretty busy this week.

what is the price in CAD of the present chronmat? I seem to think it around the $6-7 mark, if so that is one heck of a price hike, new movement or not!

When i bought my Chronomat couple months ago the MSRP on it was $5840 canadian.

Phoned my dealer here in calgary today to talk to my rep. about the new Chronomat B01 with SS bracelet. The price he gave me was $7900 Canadian. That's with my 30% discount. They figure 3 to 4 month wait.

That figure makes more sense to me, maybe it was for the TT spartan and your dealer was just having a brain fart! :crazychanger:

Yeah, I know what that can be like. I picked up some Advan RGII's with new rubber a couple of weeks ago and it ran me more than the cost of a Super Avenger

No new lings for me for a while. :(

No way it can be that much. The numbers that we've heard so far (from more than one place) suggest USD $6550 on rubber, and USD $7760 on bracelet.

35% exchange rate>>>> 10500$ Can$ add 1000$ because its a new release and everyone (except BS memebers, of course)
will want it>>>>>its possible.....

The problem with that logic is that at the current exchange rate US$7,760 is C$9,600 give or take.
