Post subject:  Skyracer question...Did they make a version brushed ss?
Just wondering. I came across a photo and it's brushed on rubber strap. Very nice looking. Just wish I could remember who posted it, and I could ask them.

Not officially.
That one was brushed while servicing by Breitling if I remember correctly.

So it is possible to have them brushed the case, etc.. during servicing eh? That's good to know. May if I snag a Skyland, I can have it brushed as well...

I do like the look of that skyracer all brushed on the rubber!

When I was thinking of getting the Skyracer I asked if they could get a brushed bracelet for it. The AD said they could but when it arrived from Breitling it was the standard polished version so the AD sent it back to breitling to get the bracelet brushed but they decided to brush the entire watch (nice touch and a unique look)

Glad you like it. Maybe they will start to offer it as a brushed version after Basel. Who knows
