"Borrowed" this from another forum. More inner dial action - this time a circle. Not sure about this, though I don't find it as unattractive as the square on the B01.

Thoughts, guys?

Give me the old Aerospace anytime. This is to fussy and the strap is just ugly.

At least the classic Breitling bezel isn't being dropped completely then!
I like it.
Very interested in the new rubber strap...

Too much of a move away from the plain "tool watch" look that the Aerospace should have IMO, and that strap is just grim.

No thanks.

I assume that's a better view of the new Diver Pro II so we are going to have to get used to it.

In terms of the watch - quartz isn't really my thing so I don't have strong opinions on hte model anyway, but I don't mind this one.

Sorry but, that straps just screams "EBay" to me;
one of those with a generic unsigned deployant buckle.

Breitlings aren't meant to be plain or bland, but that strap is.

The watch however, is very nice. :P

Hmmmm well having "just" orderd an Aerospace all I can say is I am relieved I ordered it when I did as I don't like this new design.

One thing which REALLY puts me off is the addition of the small extra digits round the face ... they just look like they should not be there and seam like an after thought ... which they are !

And am I right in thinking the extra digits don't even match the look / design of the 12,3,6 & 9 digits ... they look a totally different colour ?

The centre section with the added pattern of lines could look good but again I am not sure if it is making the otheriwse uncluttered design too fussy.

The Aero has a lot going on anyway (with the two digi boxes) so doesn't need every part of the face having something going on.

The strap I really don't like either. I love the Ocean Racer Strap and other current design but that flat plastic look comes across as cheap.

No I am afraid this new design just shouts tampering for the sake of it to me.

the square on the Chronomat B01 dial would fit nicely to the Aerospace, taking into consideration the two matching digital windows and the circle would fit for the ChronomatB01... :?
Still waiting for the all-dark dialled CSO, a day-date all-dark dialled Chronomat or Chrono Cockpit, and a smaller day-date SOHC...
BTW if I would like the Chronomat B01 lunette, I'd have gone for the Tag-Heuer Aquaracer Chrono Day-Date...

I have to agree with your assessments. I am so glad I bought my Aerospace last year. I am very happy and almost tempted to get an Ocean Racer strap before they are sold out.

Having just seen the other post on the new look Emergency it looks like the small numerals have been lifted from that design to this new look Aerospace.

However ...

The small numerals on the Aero look to be a different font & colour to the existing 4 corner large digits whereas on the Emergency they ALL match up.

Can't believe Brietling have tampered with the Aero in this way.

I was really "wowed" by the new look 2009 Seawolf and thought Breitling really pulled off a master stroke with changes there but all I can think is they must have had a different designer at work on the Aero.

On this occasion I feel less really is more !
