If I do decide to buy online, how can I adjust the bracelet? Is there a tool I need to purchase? Will they take my wrist measurement and Adjust accordingly? Or will I have to take it to a Jeweler and pay to have it done?

If you are uncomfortable doing it you can take it to almost any jeweler or watch shop and ask what they charge. Or you could buy a screwdriver and give it a go yourself. #160 should do.

Once thing I learned that I do not believe is mentioned in the video is that most jewelers apply a tiny bit of Locktite to the screw heads, making them really hard to get out. You need to apply some steam to get the Locktite to loosen up. My used Colt GMT was like this...I could not get any of the screws to loosen up. I took it to the AD and told me this, then they did it for me with no problem.

There is another way too. If you try to unscrew and find it very difficult, try first to harden the screw just a little bit instead of loosen it. It might sound insane, but what you will do is to break the loctite bond and then it's easy to unscrew.
