I've looked through the gallery section but can't find any photos.
I need to see this watch before I decide on my first Ling.

Thanks...

Sorry can't help you with the photo but I do have a bit of advice for you, NEVER reply on pictures to decide on a color. Not even from the chronolog or magazines, the only way to teuly judge the full effect of a certine color is to see it in the flesh.

That said the black Evo is excellent, Breitling do a great job with their dials!

Thanks Altair,
I down to either the "Black with Silver dials" or the 2Slate with Black dials"
Since Ron did a great job taking photos of his Slate and Black, I wanted to see if there were photos of the Black/Silver.... I can't keep visiting the AD's here, they are starting get to know me....

Yeah Ron spoiled us with those photos, still there is some color manipulation on those, if you look you will see that the slate looks different in the different photos. I still say the only way to get the full effect of a dial color, never mind the whole watch is in person.

There are some watches that I gated in pics and loved in person, and vice versa! Case in point the Omega Aqua Terra with that enhine oil-black dial.

I think the light reflecting off the various coloured matts used tints the watch face. But it still does show the versitile nature of the slate.
Guess I'll just have to visit my AD again.... :P

I sent you a PM but it's stuck in my outbox again !!!!!!

Hers is my message:
Saw you got your Evo photos, it looks nice, thought the photos don't do it justice I'm sure.
I'll bet you are receiving some nice complements on it.

I leaning towards a Black Evo like yours, it's probably the best color to get and as your photo shows it can work with a black leather strap just as with a steel breaclet.

Just a question on your strap, did you go for the deployment ?
And if you did, do you find it comfortable ?

Just that I've read it can be a bit uncomfortable on some people.

Cheers,
Trackerman

Just so you know, outbox on here is not the same as outbox on your outlook. Outbox means the message has been sent, but not viewed by the recipient. If you delete it, he will never read it. Sentbox means he has read it.

Exactely, think of the forum outbox as a shared folder.
