So I was planning on picking up a new Steelfish in April until George from Govberg called me and told me about a watch he's taking in on trade. He made a deal too good to pass up so I put my deposit down today. The deal isn't final until they get the watch they ordered for the guy who traded it in, but here are some pics he sent me today. He told me it was the slate dial, but once I got the pictures I realized it was actually the graphite dial, needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The best part is the original owner just bought this on 12/26/08 and rarely wore it. The hard part is going to be waiting now. I promised my wife I wouldn't buy another Breitling until April, so the soonest this will be on my wrist is April 1.
It'll be worth the wait as well you know!
