My SA was briefly on a Diver Pro (and might go back to that in a month when on vacation in Okinawa, the Hawaii of Japan):

And my SO on an OR:

I also have a brown OR strap, but haven't used it yet.

Dear aleister

Are you happy with your Ocean Racer strap?
Is it comfortable, easy to adjust, durable?
How is it compared to the Diver Pro?
Are the extra >250 USD of the Ocean Racer worth the money?

Thanks!

V.

The diver pro strap is super comfortable...I had the Ocean Racer as well but wasn't overly pleased with it. The clasp is amazing but found that the rubber didnt't wrap my wrist in a comfortable manner..but hey, that's just me.

Here is a link to a post with pics of a Steelfish on OR Strap:

These are a few shots of my Seawolf on the OR strap:

I find the OR to be exremely comfortable. It suits both watches equally well.
The length is very easy to adjust. You have to take it off to make it larger, but after you put it on it can be made smaller while clasped on your wrist.
I would say for me that it is more comfortable than the Diver Pro.
I now have a leather strap on my Seawolf, without deployant clasp, and the leather seems to be the most comfortable strap or bracelet of all.
Yes, I would still spend the extra money for the OR.
As far as durability, I would say that the OR would last 10 years, that is the rubber, with that clasp it hardly wears at all. I like mine a bit loose, and with the stiffness and flexibility of the rubber, it hardly even touches my wrist, it just kind of flexes between the clasp and the lugs of the watch case. My first Colt quartz had a rubber strap, like the Diver Pro with a regular tang buckle, and that lasted over 5 years. That was in 1992. The Diver Pro would probably do better than that.
By the way, the Ocean Racer is also available in a brushed version clasp as well as the polished. I have only seen pics of the brushed, but it looks great.

Cheers,
Carl

I'm very happy with my OR strap - so happy that I have three of them. Two are just like the one you see on the SO and one brown 24 mm that I haven't started to use yet. I find it very comfortable, very easy to adjust (you just cut your size and then the micro adjustments do wonder and I've not had any durability problems at all.

The Diver Pro is nice, but the OR is much better - absolutely worth the extra money in my opinion.

Nice pic. That size difference is ridiculous. Im already pushing it with my skyland. No wonder I thought the SA was so freaking massive when I tried it on.

In2Deep,

A breitling snow globe, seriously? Your collection of breitling goods, that do not keep time, is sick. How do you do it?

A bit too much free time on my hands. I run a business and we keep busy for the most part. Well, my people keep busy. I just make sure everything gets done right ;) If everything is running smooth and I'm not losing a ton on Full Tilt then I post in forums and cruise eBay... I dunno, I've been thinking about selling some of my items and keeping just my favorites

To be honest that pic makes the SA look way bigger than it does when you see them both together in real life! I think it's because I was looking down at the time taking the pic and also the angle that I have them sitting at! Don't get me wrong tho the SA is certainly that bit bigger and it certainly feels like it when its on the wrist!

Cheers

Andrew
