Hi, everyone.

A little while ago I got an M1 and thought I'd post some of my first impressions after having used it a little.

First of all: Accuracy. As expected it is spot on so far. I have an el cheapo digital clock that syncs via radio with an atomic clock every day and after almost a month the M1 is right on the money. I synced the M1 as accurately as I could when I first brought it home and it is running right on the beat. Cool.

Features:
Lots of neat-o stuff here with the chrono functions and so on... The readability is very good even when you start the chrono and have all the hands whizzing around the dial. Very well thought out and designed. The pushers, crown and bezel feel solid and sturdy and I like the diver extension on the pro 1 bracelet.

Wearability:
Surprisingly good for such a big watch! Very light due to the titanium so it's not all that prone to sloshing back and forth on the wrist. Even though it looks and is chunky, the chunks never get in the way of comfort.

I'm thinking this one is a keeper :D

What do you guys think of the M1?

I were one pretty much every day to work. Like mine for the same reasons.

I bought the Titanium M1 with the yellow face which I think is absolutely striking, bordering on obnoxious (much like its owner so it works out well!) In all seriousness though, it is about the largest watch a skinny guy like me can pull off, and you are absolutely right about it not banging around too much on your wrist. As for the accuracy, if there is any question about that for me then we have a problem. At $3k+, there are no excuses for anything less than a brilliantly precise watch. Not that anyone honestly requires that sort of accuracy (just my opinion don't kill me) unless you are a space shuttle pilot timing re-entry, or timing subatomic particles in a giant particle collider somewhere in Europe. Having said all that, as with both of the Breitlings I own, they certainly do not fail to impress!!!

I have only had my M1 for a couple months also. So far ditto on everything you said. I am looking forward to switching to my blue rubber band come summer, I really like how it brings out the blue face. I have the Breitling fever and hope to get another one soon. Now if only the economy would cooperate.
