When I went to purchase my SA at Tourneau, I asked him for the booklet, but he stated he was out of the regular Ling books, so he hooked me up with the Breitling For Bentley book. Now I remember a member posted a while back that he purchased a Motors and it had the date in red font. So I finally had time to look through this book and heres what I found.

Perhaps that members Motors wasn't fake after all.

defiancekofb,

That guy was dealing with a 6.75 not a Motors. The 6.75 isn't the REAL Bentley anyway because it doesn't have the 30 seconds chronograph. And it has that Atrocious case back that looks like a wheel.

You're only saying that because I have a 6.75 - it's sad to see the depths to which people descend when overpowered by their jealousy.

Sportback,

We were wondering if you were still LURKING out there. Although we know you are a good guy you gave up any credibility you have with taste in watches once you started wearing those Panerai gymnasium wall clocks on your wrist. It was very discouraging to see this happen because we thought there was hope for you once you got the Bentley. Until those Panerai's are either destroyed or sold off to High School Phys Ed teachers we really can't consider your opinions here. On another note, how the hell have you been ?

I like the Motors T model personally. I think the Flying B is an injustice to Breitling. It's SQUARE!!!!!

I dont know what it is about Panerais, I used to hate them but saw one in a video and then at a store and there growing on me. Which is disturbing. I CANNOT afford another 5000$ watch :nono:

Oddly, I really like the Flying B.. when i first saw it i didn't really.. but when i tried it on it was HUGE on the wrist.. i mean it felt bigger than the SA. The lugs go way past the edge of my wrist.

But i love the way it looks.. the smaller flying B looked awesome. They are just too expensive though.

I liked Panerai in the beginning, got one.. got bored, and now am getting back into them it seems.

Fine, and thanks - for asking! Interestingly I've been wearing my Chrono Evo (Yes yes yes, with SS bracelet...) recently - needed a change. This said, my local AD has invited me to a meal with 14 other fanatical Paneristi this coming Tuesday here in Toulouse - the boss from Panerai France will be coming from Paris to show us all the goodys (old and new) that we might never have the chance to se otherwise... should be good!

Naturally, for acceldebt, I'll take LOADS of photographs for you all to drool over!!

Now, it's Saturday - time to take the Bentley for a spin...
