And of course you are true to form.

I can play ball, I just choose my opponents - playing mind games with someone patently unqualified to play is no fun.

It's just one of many that are bound to be released as 125th watches. Don't panic just yet ;)

Is that speculation or fact?

I'm not getting a sense from my contacts that there will be "many"

Speculation and some wishful thinking. What are your contacts telling you in term of the number of new models?

I can't get anything specific after the Navitimer leak. I had a hypothetical discussion with someone a few weeks ago - basically a fishing expedition, and while they wouldn't say yes to anything they didn't flat out deny:

1) A new model in the Professional range to replace the Mission
2) Some kind of Blacksteel LE
3) A replacement for the Chrono-matic - i.e. a left hand crown model, but I got the sense that this might be an LE rather than a regular model (it's the 40th anniversary of the first automatic chrono this year)

I didn't get the impression that there would be too many radical new models as anniverary LEs, more colour / logo offerings.

Please - no one start raving about a new EM or similar - this is simply my interpretation of one conversation with someone who wasn't very comfortable with my questions - the best way to find out what Breitling are planning is to wait 7 weeks.

I have found myself, and I know that others have also noticed, that there is a lot less openness right now from various parts of Breitling.

Understood. Though I wouldn't want to try to fuel any crazy speculation but an EM replacement would be nice. What would be the best is re-introducing an analog UTC. They couldn't have sold too many of the Copilots

I've got some cash squirreled away for Basel, I hope there is something new for me. If not, a black dial SA is going to be the new beater :D
