Post subject:  HELP...

As most of you will know I recently bought a Navi Heritage, I love the look of the watch and stare at it A LOT

I just can not get on with the strap  I find it very uncomfortable, any suggestions guys? I really do not want to get rid of it but I honestly can not wear a watch with un unconfortable (to me) strap. Would a leather look okay on it? What coulour would suit it?

Arghhhhhh

The Heritage has an integrated bracelet, no? You can't switch to leather...

What do you find uncomfortable about it? It may be sized wrong, and some adjustments might make all the difference in the world.

I have tried it lose and tight, it keeps rubbing and leaving red marks to the point I have to take it off after about 2 hours (I left it in work yesterday on my desk  Hope it is still there

:huh That's weird Taffy. I've never found an uncomfortable Breitling bracelet. I always reckon the micro adjustment is amongst the best and easiest to get just right. Hope you get the adjustment right as that's a lovely watch.

Try to move one link from the bottom part to upper and viceversa to change the position of the clasp.

pics would be helpful mate, from front & back & on the wrist, to see where its rubbing etc.

i have mine a bit loose as too tight is horrid and whe you get hot its intrusive but it doesnt hurt even if it rubs it doesnt hurt so i need pics to visulise the issue and help solve it.

sure there is a solution to be found.

I, and many others here have had similar issues when the clasp is positioned wrong, as bnewbie mentioned. Ron has a good article about it at WUS but i dont know if I can link to it.

Hi, RJ. The servers over there seem to be having problems right now so I can't get to the article either. Fortunately, I had posted that article on other fora so here is a link to it which should work for taffytoon... :D
Cheers,
Ron

Agree with the comment re: the clasp in the wrong position.

Maybe the bracelet links need to be swapped over ie. 7 links on the front, 8 on the back?
Moving the clasp to the centre of the wrist.

I've always found Breitling bracelets to be more comfortable and adjustable than leather.
