hey guys as you can see i'm eagerly waiting for a backordered mesh bracelet..... so had one more question.... what dial color do you guys prefer on superocean heritage 46 black is beautiful and the blue probably catches eyes!!!!! so which do you guys prefer? and which should i get?

I prefer the blue. On the website the blue they use on the SOH is a different blue than they use on other models. I agree black does go with everything and if it was my first watch or one of few I would definitely get black. But since I already have a ton of black face dive watches, I'd spring for the blue. But thats just me.

Well, both look great but I must admit to loving the bronze, it is so different and really classy think, if that is not the option then the blue is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen on a watch, was looking at one the other day and it just radiates! Blue would be my choice!

You've already answered the question: If you buy it to have an eye catcher get the blue(you say it's an eyecatcher), if you buy it to get horny every time you look at your watch then buy the one u prefer - that would be black I guess.

yeah most people like the SOH 46 better than the SA, my girlfriend also said it had to be the black one cause it's sexy but i knew that i was going for it anyway. I do not expose my watches to people around me but if the watch manages to slip out of my sleve I get compliments everytime somebody takes a notice, but I've to say it's mostly because of the mesh bracelet. But every single one of them thought the golden B looks cool on the black background.

In the end black on mesh is the most charming variation for the SOH as far as I can tell. The blue dial felt too flat.

I agree with others that the black really suits this model, although I personally prefer the blue. However my wife tells me that if I get one it has to be bronze to match her SOH38 - me thinks I should avoid this model

As others have said, get the one that brings the biggest smile when you strap it to your wrist.

Another vote for black here. It's more in keeping IMHO with the original model that the current SOH is an hommage to.
