No surprise on matters of Swag-ling, but in a prior post the deep one mentioned that for Ling #1 you get the hat (true), today in the mail came the Breitling swiss army knife for 'ling #2. As predicted by the Swag-meister. Good Job Big M! :D :lingsrock:

Over here on the "Old Continent" we get nothing at all, even if you buy 2 Lings in 6 months......

I've bought over 10 Breitlings in the last decade and I've never received anything. My AD dug out a couple of pens for me when I specifically asked, but none of that was purchase related. Short-change-Britain..... AGAIN.

Here in the good old USA we get decent discounts on Breitlings,
but they are really chintzy with gifts. I bought three Lings within 18
months and received one hat -- which I had to beg for!! :?

Come on, Breitling, loosen up your money belt a little... There are other
watch companies out here just aching to get our business... :wink:

Yeah that'd be VERY unwise of me!

To be honest, it's not even the fact that the freebies are the be all and end all : for me it's just a token to say "thanks and we appreciate you as a customer". Again, if they didn't do it anywhere there'd be no issue as far as I'm concerned, but it's like my money is somehow less appreciated that someone's Stateside.
