I would think that this white Navitimer World looks bigger than a black Super Avenger.... If only my AD had one I would be able to compare.... Anyone have a side-by-side pic to share? |

Compared them in real life and I agree with D8 - "the World is not enough" (accidental Bond reference, hahaha) |

Quote: I have an ALMOST side by side picture in "Collection" link in my signature Thanks for the wonderful pics! ![]() What I meant to say is that the Navitimer' dial is larger than that of the SA. Lets not forget that the SA has a rather thick bezel, where as the Navitimer' s bezel is almost non-existant ![]() |

Hello, What a topic.... WHAT IS THE BEST NAVI ???? Well... I have the OLD NAVI II - model A13322 - this was the navi from 1993-2002 - and I must say I think it is the best..... WHY??? 1) the 6,9,12 dial configurations rocks 2) date at 3 - WHICH IS QUICKSET 3) purest incarnation of the navi in a modern navi 4) absolute classic with black with white eyes 5) I OWN THIS MODEL! Whilst I do love the NAVIT World - I am a litte concerned about reliability issues (as the movement is getting more and more complicated with the addition of the 24 hour hand). Also I am concerned the dial is getting too complicated.... LESS IS MORE! I also feel the same way about the the Datora and Montbrillant....... MIND YOU - if I had to pick a new Navi (say mine was lost/stolen/invloved in a poker game that went bad) I wouled replace it with a Montbrillant! - WHITE OF COURSE. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I tried both the white baton dial SA and the World at the AD a little while ago. And I thought the World looked a hell of a lot better then the SA. I just wished it was more waterproof.. ![]() |

My favorite Navitimer a month ago was a Montbrillant (white dial), a week ago it was a Montbrillant Datora (white dial) and now it is a Navitimer Cosmonaute (black dial). |
