sorry if this is a question that has been answered (which i guess it is) but i searched and couldn't find. is there a reason that the Colt doesn't have a B on the short end of the second hand? it seems that this is somewhat a "brand ID" type thing with some of the other models. just wondering, and if it has been answered just point me in the direction to the proper reading...

thanx,

Ross F.

Its not just the Colt. Many of the models dont have it. I think it just has to do with what does and does not fit with each design. Nothing more to it than that..

Oh yeah - so they do. Never made that connection before.

Clearly they shouldn't have - Breitling must have made a mistake

Yeah, some of the Navitimers don't, and I wish they did; it would make the watch look way better. Not that they don't look good already...

I don't know the answe to your question, but would agree that it is a styling decision, and the more tactical/tool designs don't have it. It is one of the features that I look for in a Breitling, and one of the reasons I haven't pulled the trigger on an M1 yet. I love the "B" and the applied wings.
