I’m looking at buying a Superocean 42 on a rubber strap. I see two model numbers on the Breitling website and I’m unable to find the difference between the two watches.

A17366021B1S1 and A17366021B1S2. The only difference I can see is a 20g product weight from s1 to s2. Does anyone know anything else about these two model numbers and their difference that constitutes a $300 additional cost for the s2?

I think it something to do with the buckle. I know with Breitling their choice of buckle sometime can cost a big difference. Folding clasp or pin?

If you look in the details at the bottom of those pages, you'll see the S1 has a tang buckle and the S2 has a pushbutton folding clasp.
