Hi all! I hope all is well and very pleased to be part of Breitling source. I have heard Fred M mention the forum a few times on various social media platforms and I’m sure he’s fed up with me asking him newbie questions :D

So I thought I would join and am particularly interested the Navitimer/cosmonaut history and am really keen to learn as much as I can about the model. Are there any articles or forum posts covering the subject in depth?

I am currently on the hunt for a gold plated 809 twin jet Cosmonaut and before I commit would like to learn as much as I can!

Good first choice with the 809! And the gold plating will keep it (relatively) affordable I imagine. Happy hunting!
