Recently I put a few pieces up for sale in an effort to consolidate the collection. Of the five watches that i put up for sale four were from Breitling. People asked why, and I responded that there were too many watches that were not seeing enough wrist time. Only because I was asked to share, here are some of my pieces.

From left to right, On the top row is the Bremont Alt-1C/PW, than the Navitimer Cosmonaut, Both up for sale, the a Glashutte Original Senator Chrono, then my SuperOcean Heritage ll, also up for sale and then my Breitling 1915 which happens to be #1/1915, back when Breitling used to do individual numbers.

On the bottom row is my Breitling Premier wheels and waves edition, then an older Breitling Superocean XL (my first Brietling), a Breitling Navitimer Mechcanique, another Breitling SuperOcean XL and a Bronze Helberg

Here are some of my Rolex's, the Batman is mine, the Hulk and Pepsi are my wife's, on the bottom is my Breitling Unitime, and a very special older Chronomat, a Limited edition of 25 pieces which had the Statue of Liberty embossed on the back, mine is #1/25.

Here is a Navitimer Rattrapant, a Vacheron Fifty-Six annual calendar, an AP15500 in blue, my Rolex white Sky Dweller, Breitling Chronoliner with the B04 movement, and a 46mm Gold Navitimer with Black dial.

Here are my JLC's, an Annual Calendar with Metorite dial, Polaris L.E. and a Sector Dial Chrono

Finally here are some of the watches that the wife can choose from, these are hers, Some Breitling Top Times, an older Premier, an original 1959 Navitimer, an older Cosmonaute and a JLC chrono that was mine for about 15 seconds until the sales person said it had a small strap on it!

Thanks for this post, Scot. There are some real gems there -- and, overall, it is just a fantastic assortment of pieces.

Also, picking up from your other thread -- your Blue Sky Navi is gorgeous.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your fantastic collection!

Incredible collection  . I do have one thing in common with you, the white dialed 44mm Steelfish was my first Breitling (actually first nice watch) also. Been through quite a few since and only have one left, still would like to pick up a Navitimer again of some sort.

Good to see the full collection Scot. Seeing your Breitlings is a reminder that sooner or later I need to get a Steelfish.

Awesome collection, it is really difficult to choose a daily wear with that many choices. I could see my self going back and forth to the exit door while my wife waits in the car :D

And for me - I would be more than happy with your wife's box

Splendid SOTC, thank you. Can't help thinking that you need a Zenith in there!

A Zenith is definitely in the works, have my eyes on one of two pieces. Either one of the two below would be my choice!

Excellent taste. I have one of the limited edition Tipo CP2s as @

or
https://www.fratellowatches.com/zenith- ... p-2-review

- so I would say that. It's one of my absolute favourite watches: 43mm but (as the reviews) observe it wears smaller due to the curved lugs; wonderful legibility; the El Primero movement etc.

Some good choices!

When I was in the hunt for a Zenith, I was drawn to the 410 -- it's a beautiful chronograph. The thing is though, that that the "star" on the end of the chrono seconds hand sits right over the moonphase window, and pretty much obscures it. The workaround from a photo standpoint is to photograph it with the chrono seconds hand running, or to opt for angles that minimize this fact. For me personally, I decided that this would drive me nuts over time -- so, sadly, I decided against the 410. But, it is indeed a really nice Zenith.

I'm surprised that the Cronometro is no longer in the Zenith catalogue. For a while there, Zenith had some really nice versions of this one. The one you're thinking of is certainly a great version, as well.

Don't know if you've seen the Zenith Defy in action -- it is a true horological marvel. Really amazing. It's one you really have to see in action to believe it!

The one Zenith I still think about is the Pilot Extra Special, in either the time-only or chronograph versions. 45mm is pretty substantial, but I really am drawn to these models -- very cool!

Wow, just wow - incredible collection... I can only imagine some of the stories that must be tied to some of these pieces - proud to be the owner of one of the Breitling Backpacks you sold a few years ago, haha!

Speechless!!! Thanks for posting, I'd be happy with anyone of those in my collection. The Chronoliner has been on my radar since it's release, so hopefully, sometime this year I can put that right.
P.S. do you ever 'nick' any of your other-halfs?
