Hello!

I just recently replaced my stainless bracelet with a rubber strap and a used 2 button deployment clasp. The clasps adjusts too easily, even when I’m the wrist. I can push and pull on the strap and get the clasp to click a few times. Is this normal, or is something broken or worn out?

I wonder if your clasp is genuine, here’s a pic of the underside of mine which, as you see, has ‘push’ engraved on the adjuster. The strap should only be adjustable when that part is pushed. If you’re confident it’s genuine then the mechanism is worn out.

Also, if you look closely at the pic of mine, you’ll see serrations for the ratchet mechanism which I can’t see on your clasp.

Mine very solid as well. You can only adjust if you have the strap off and push down on push button.

That is the (now) older design clasp. I have several of those and they do wear out as a couple of mine also slip open (looser). I have since bought a couple of the newer design and they seem to hold stronger in the ratchet
mechanism. I'll see if I can add pics of the two designs.

The first is old, second is new design.
