Post subject:  Experience with ADs

Hi to everyone!

I am new here, very nice place to share a passion we all have.

I was wondering what is your experience with Breitlings ADs. Last week I had a bit disappointing visit with one of them. Maybe it was end of a shift or something like that but stuff was just not interested. I was honest and said I was just looking, not planing to buy that same day. To all my questions answers were yes/no.

Is this normal, am I missing something? That same day I visited a Rolex AD and they were more than hospitable. We talked for over a hour about everything, new realises (they had nothing to show me but nothing to complain about), current lineup, vintage pieces, they even offered me a cup of tea and gave me a catalogue and a candy bar at the end.

What are your thoughts on this subject? Are Breitlings ADs in general more reserved?

And yes, I am not going to mention any names, feel sorry for them.

I think an AD experience depends less of the brand they represent but more on the sales people and their soft skills. But at the same time the brands should care more of the quality of the AD's sales personal imho. Sorry you had a bad experience. And for my poor English ...
