A watch nut once told me that Breitling adds a round metal ring under the SA bezel to beef up the overall weight. Anyone out there can confirm this? |

Not true. There's just a thin piece of spring-metal under there that is used in the uni-directional bezel movement............ and it must weigh all of 0.05g! |

If you watch the Breitling service video you can see them remove the ring after the remove the bezel. Ive taken mine apart as well, and theres no way that thing adds any noticeable weight. |
