I noticed there are several ebay sellers post nice watches for sale irregularly, no bidding is allowed but they claimed it's "daily fast sale", and there is a link for payment (not the buy right now button aside each item), normally these items disappears in several hours.
for example, this nice Navi for $2,800, significantly lower than the fair value
Their ratings are quite high, like 1000+ positive reviews with long history on ebay, but I searched their recent transactions, not many high value items, I feel this sale pattern is very suspicious, but if they are willing to give 30 days return policy, what's the trick here, please advise.

that's what I thought, just try to understand why they are keeping doing this, and if somebody bought a fake watch for $2,800 and filed a claim against them, how can they keep such a high rating in a fairly long period of time

You cam always make accounts and give yourself feedback (make a fake listing and buy with fake account) or could buy a small dollar value items to make it look legit. Ebay doesn't list how much the items were in the feedback section or a $0.50 item and a $5,000 item both lead to one positive feedback each.

Had me excited the first time I saw them pop up a few weeks ago but the format is against ebay rules and ebay removes them. They keep posting them though and ebay keeps removing them.
