This rubber strap is the only one I'd buy on the tang buckle. It's extremely flexible and very comfortable on the wrist.

My new strap finally arrived and I put it on my Navi shortly after it showed up. I can't believe I've worn this watch for so long without ever considering a rubber strap! The first six years I owned and wore this watch we lived on a tropical island, and this strap surely would've been useful there.

My wife picked out this strap for my birthday, although I was concerned that the "Breitling" on the strap would be too overt for my taste. I'm not the kind of guy to ever wear a Breitling hat or other branded swag. I'm happy to say it's more subtle than the picture shows. I decided to go with a tang buckle, as I was worried that I'd scratch up the deployment buckle with all the activities I have planned for this strap. I'll see how it goes when I take it flying this weekend.

Looks great. I am 100% Tang Buckle...don’t want any additional thickness/bulk

For me the most confortable strap in Breitling brand is the leather strap. I love it. For me rubber isnt enough smooth and steel is very hard to setup fine.
I never try Breitling nylon strap but people seems to love it

I enjoyed the rubber strap so much yesterday that I'm already considering buying another one, this time with a deployment buckle -- you know, just for scientific research. Oh, what a slippery slope we climb!

The Nato strap is very comfortable. I wore my SOHC on it for a few weeks and loved it. I still prefer the rubber mesh strap in terms of fit to the Nato but I'd recommend anyone interested to pick one up.

I thought I'd report back on my journey with the rubber straps.

I wore the Diver Pro strap/tang buckle all through the summer last year, and changed back to my leather/deployment buckle in the fall. The rubber strap worked well in the sweaty summer activities that led me to purchase it. I did find it hard to take it off my wrist, as the tang was difficult to get away from the strap and sometimes would slip into the next smaller hole as I attempted to remove it. (I think the band was the issue, because it's not as flexible as my new one.) The other issue I had with it was the branding. I thought the "Breitling" written on the band was subtle enough, but after wearing it for a while it bothered me. It's just not my style to wear a Breitling jacket, hat, shirt, back pack, etc., or any other brand for that matter.

This week I bought a Mesh rubber strap that I already like much better! It has the benefits of the Diver Pro without the downside of the branding. I also find it to be more flexible and easier to remove, and generally like it much better than the Diver Pro.

The mesh rubber is the way to go with the rubber straps. It's amazing how comfortable and flexible it is.
