Can we expect a refresh of the Aerospace model or the Professional series this year?

I am still currently happy with my Aerospace, but would be interested to seeing if there is a refresh model in the future.

I remember seeing Georgekern’s reply to someone on Instagram. He said “more news in summer”.

It’s surely coming...

Reducing the size and bringing back a new version of the Rouleaux bracelet is great!

Changes to the Chronomat don't necessarily translate to anything in store for the Aerospace, but thanks for sharing.

Personally I hope they increase the Aerospace's accuracy, and perhaps shave off a millimeter or two. Solar charging and/or better scratch resistance would be icing on the cake.

Good calls. A mm less and solar charging especially would be splendid. The servicing costs on the quartzes are absurd and cause a lot of affront, and it would be good to be able to extend the intervals.

Is ETA still producing the Thermoline base caliber for Breitling B79? Or will the movement be changed on the next gen Aerospace?

Post subject:  Re: New Aerospace for 2020?

There was a mention on this or other Breitling forum that Aerospace production stopped because of movement unavailability. There are ample movements for servicing already produced models but no new movements for production.

So, if there will be a new Aerospace I suppose it will have Breitlings own movement and will be bigger than current model.
We live in times when people expect advanced features like smartphone sync etc so IMHO no classic or smaller Aerospace is viable.

EDIT: Look here: (Watchfred has inside information)

A couple of weeks I went again and asked in the Breitling boutique here in Geneva / Switzerland. The lady to whom I talked who I believe was the manager said they have internally seen presentations of the new aerospace but guessed it would be presented this September/ October only
