Happy New year everyone! (I hope this post isn't against any rules).

I'm looking at two nearly identical pre-owned watches -- one on Jomashop and another on C+C.

The C+C watch is $830 more than Joma, but today, C+C sent me a $325 off coupon code --- good until midnight TONIGHT. Bringing the difference between the two options to about $505.

Both watches are rated as "Excellent" condition.

The C+C watch comes with box and manuals (no "papers"). The Jomashop watch comes with nothing.

I know C+C is very reputable, and for the most part, so is Jomashop, but I've also read some bad reviews of their customer service operation.

Would you pay a $505 premium (or about 15%) extra for the same watch from C+C? I have until midnight to decide.

Thank you!

I’d pay a little more and get the box and papers.

Oops.. the C+C ad says "box and manual" - NOT "box and papers". So no "papers" for the C+C watch, just the box.

Jomashop get my vote.

Well, the coupon code has expired; but I would pick the much better price at Joma anyway.
530 USD or 830 USD is more than I would pay for a box and manual.

If it was boxes and all papers, then yes I'd pay the extra 500$ but since its box and manual, id go for the cheaper priced one since with a little search and patience you can find a box and manual for a lot cheaper.

Good point, thanks! I didn't buy it yet, and the coupon was actually valid until this morning when it deactivated itself.
