Post subject:  Looking Next Year - Chronomat Refresh

So, we saw a lot of new models this year from the SO to Navitimer to Aviator and Premier lines. It's no secret that the Chronomat line will see a refresh next year. I heard some news of maybe next summer (June/July) availability with a couple vintage Chronomat models coming. Also, heard the bullet bracelet will be reintroduced on the Chronomat models.

I am hoping for some pieces smaller than 44mm which are presently just too large for me. Also would like to see the thickness reduced a bit. I came close to pulling the trigger on the Aviator 8 with the new arabic dial (still don't care for the stick Navitimers) but may wait to see what the new Chronomat series looks like.

Anyone else heard any news and what would you like to see with the new lineup?

people are talking too much ;)
although most don't know how the New Chronomat will look (just a very small group of people have seen the final prototypes), rumors abound.
yes, it will be much more than a "refresh" - and I sure hope you'll like what's coming.

As have I — from a source that suggests that this is more than just a rumor...

I can't wait to see the new Chronomat! Long overdue.

Can you give us any more teasers or clues about it?

I really hope they fix the bezel. The 240-click do not work well. And a clasp with micro adjustment would be nice.

Happy to hear about a possible new Chronomat! I hope there'll be a 40-41 mm and also with the B13 - if we are speaking here about the Schneider-Chronomats from 1983/84, the authentic movement is that one :) possibly with day-date too. Can't wait to see some teasers!

This is nice. I heard this but wasn't sure it was true. So this is a confirmation I guess. Can't wait

I would love a 42mm Chronomat maybe the 80s-90s version made bigger

The old chronomat did have a charm, I would bring that back too alongside the new one, and call them both chronomats instead of whatever they renamed it to.

I’m all for a new chronomat. Breitling if you really DK read these boards, please make a version that is under 41mm. You have a lot of fans that just don’t have the wrist size to pull off the 44mm watches. Also is it possible to make it a bit thinner??

Still waiting. Any hints about the watch or when it will be for sale?

I've read somewhere on the www that the introduction will be on the 14th of April - I might be wrong on this of course. If we can see teasers earlier than that - I cannot tell. Fred might have maybe some more information? :)
Best,
Robert

The introduction is on the 16th April, not 14th. Will be a live webconference

If they go 40 mm with a thinner case I’m sold.
