Just purchased a pre-loved chronomat 01 flying fish. My first chronomat, and I used to say I wasn’t a fan of this watch. I must say though at first sight beautiful watch, and once I put it in my wrist super comfy. I got mine on rubber strap with deployment buckle just the way I like my daily piece. I have however already put it on the market for sale. I do know though that I needs chronomat in the collection as a keeper, but think I might try to find a 41mm limited version with b01 after i move this piece and my limited seawolf 2. I don’t even mind the square on the dial, which I hated originally when I used to see these watches at the dealer. I would prefer this watch to a Rolex Daytona I think. I do think though looks good with diamonds on the bezel. |

Let's see a pic! Just curious, why would you sell a watch so soon after buying it? Are you having buyer's remorse, or do you like to rotate watches that quickly? |

This link has pics https://vancouver.craigslist.org/van/jw ... 45127.html I got a good deal on the flying fish, and I might keep it. I do like the brushed polish look better than fully polished. I do however think I might go for the smaller version 41mm limited with the display back. |

So I have reconsidered selling the flying fish,! Right from the start I have loved it on the wrist. It is a well balanced watch with a lovely dial. I also like how the writing curves around the 6 o’clock sub-dial in red, as opposed to other chronomats where it’s written straight above the sub-dial. The brushed and polished surfaces are great looking to the eye, and I love this for feature on my seawolf as well. This means it’s is the avenger 2 seawolf that has lost its place in the rotation, and relegated to the safe until it finds a new home. The Chronomat will be getting a diamond bezel once the seawolf has exited. |
