Probably going to make my Grey hair even more Grey but does anyone have an idea of changing the dial expense on an Emergency II?

Will call the UK service centre Monday (Assuming they ha ve not already closed for Christmas holidays)

FWIW for anyone considering:

431 for dial Inc VAT
2 hrs labour @ 58.18 + VAT

UK prices, Will probably vary elsewhere.
