Hello all, I have a quick question. If I send in my Navitimer 01 for a full service and ask for a replacement crystal as mine has a lot of scratches on the coating, will they return the old one back?. I’m asking because I know the crystal goes for like $630, so I definitely would like to have it back. Thanks in advance. |

They generally don't supply any of the replaced parts back so I would highly doubt that they would do it for the crystal either. Sent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk |

Sent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk That’s unfortunate!. They’ll probably take my old crystal, remove the coating, reapply it and sell it to someone else for $630. I guess that’s part of owning an expensive watch. Is there any way I can have the AR coating removed and reapplied somewhere else?. |

I just had my watch serviced, and the crystal replaced. They did not send back the old crystal |

No, it was a Chronomat b01. The cost was an additional $300 on top of the overhaul price. |
