Does this reference (quartz m1) have a separate tube or is tube part of the mid case?

Interested in one, but not interested in big service bill for those crown issues...

As far as I recall it's part of the mid-case. I seem to remember that all of the Avenger series models were that way.

I own several Avengers, & it is very disappointing that a manufacturer of a watch in this price range would do this to save a few dollars.
