Hey guys I had my navitimer 14k rose gold w rose gold band serviced for $1500 a little more than a year ago and I didnt have the crystal replaced which I now regret. Is there anyway to get an idea of what it will cost to have it done without sending the watch back? I cant find a contact email anywhere :( I havent even worn the watch other than once for a couple hours so it doesnt need any kind of repair or service other than the crystal which has a slight scratch and a teeny nic that's bothering me.

In the past I would tell you to call Breitling and ask to talk to a tec rep but with the new ownership and restraints on service parts I just do not know what their reply would be. I once called, before the buyout, to get a price on changing the face of my Blackbird. I was able to speak to someone there but they were non-committal and I ended up going through my AD to get the prices. I can tell you that they are probably going to tell you that the only way they will do the crystal swap is to do a minimal service but that is just my opinion. Call and see what they say. You might get lucky but if the recent information is correct I am afraid you are looking at a service charge of some sort.
I ended up taking the AR coating off my Steelfish because I also did not have the crystal changed during service and I decided I would just deal with it off until the next service and then have it changed.
Good luck, Frank.

You probably won’t be able to contact a service centre or parts department without going through your nearest Boutique. To find your nearest Boutique, go to the Breitling website and click on the location icon I have highlighted red in the attached screenshot. Then choose the closest Boutique to find their phone and e-mail.
