Cut a long story short my Chronomat was replaced under warranty after three issues with it in the first year of ownership. This was replaced and changed to a Navitimer GMT. Three months in and I noticed I was adjusting the time every few days which prompted me to check accuracy. Turns out I’m loosing 15 seconds a day and it’s constantly doing this - had it on wrist for a good week as well and no better. Lost faith with it all now and going to take it further than just the service centre in Tunbridge UK (who have been very good but think my case needs escalating further). I have all the contacts at the service centre but struggling to find contacts for people higher up than this. Maybe it’s a quick fix but I’m not convinced - should a brand new watch really be loosing that much time?

a brand new watch will settle over time (6-8 weeks of continuously wearing it) - and it should be easy to regulate in case it doesn't.
better save that contact with "people higher up" for a situation that really requires it?

Well the watch has been owned for four and a half months now so surely by now it should have ‘settled in’. I have worn this watch constantly for the last two weeks and still fifteen seconds a day slow. I’m just hoping that it’s a simple fix.
