Post subject:  A Fascinating Franken Fantasy
This is a new one:

* 81600 caseback and possibly case too.
* Old Mecanique LE dial, but repainted with Arabic markers.
* Hands from only God and the watchmaker knows where.

Perhaps good for parts if anyone wants to do a repair or conversion.
