I‘ve got this beauty and just love this watch. After watching the newer model I‘m asking myself if it will be worth swapping my watch for it. What do you think? Is the newer one better?

Here‘s mine:

Well, it's your choice but that looks in great condition and if you like it then why bother? The new model isn't vastly different, same movement & WR, new bezel & the font matches that on the dial but nothing that would tempt me to upgrade.

I just went through the same issue in my head. I almost purchased a seawolf 2 index dial, and was going to let go of my seawolf index dial. I decided against because I prefer the applied hour markers to the fully lume markers. Was getting a killer deal on the package to with bracelet and rubber deployant. It’s exact same watch in a slightly different package.

If I were you I would stick with the one you currently own. It appears to be in great condition and there isn’t much different on the newer models. Just my two cents worth.

Nope. I traded my yellow SW a few years ago. If I had it to do all over, I would have kept it.

I'll second what other members have said. Not worth swapping. The latest model II released in 2013 brought small cosmetic changes like font, shape of bracelet links, shape of seconds hand. Also, it offers less dial colours (end of stratus silver and blue).

Maybe they'll release a new one this year with the latest Tudor movement. That would make it an interesting replacement like we've seen with the SOH II at BW2017.
