I just bought my first Breitling, can someone tell me the year it was made? The number on the movement is 780806. |

You can't date modern Breitlings from the serial number, they're random. Closest you will get is to date the case - http://www.breitlingsource.com/articles_dating.shtml |

The only numbers are A41330 and 780806. I know what the A41330 numbers mean but not 780806. So there's no way i can date my watch? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

780806 is the serial number. You can approximately date your watch based on the case manufacture date as explained in the article I linked. |

Between the 6 o'clock lugs. You may need to remove the bracelet / strap to see it but if your is a 41330 it will be there, that reference was used for about 10 - 11 model years all of which used the case manufacture coding. |

Nope, just as it says in the article! Lots of guesses and theories over the years but nothing concrete. |
