Hi all,
After trying on a B55, but not wanting to spend that much on technology that would be obsolete in a year, I now have my heart set on an Aerospace Evo, with a black diver pro 3 strap.

In fact I have an appointment to buy one this weekend, but I still havn't made my mind up between the volcano black or marina blue face! Hoping to get your opinion on the colour combination between face and strap, and what is the most appropriate for smart wearing and casual..

Black every time! More versatile.

Blue goes nicely with blue jeans, so if that's your casual style, then it would work; however, I agree black is more versatile.

Black for me, that one looks great.

I've agonised over this one myself a fair bit - I'd plump for black.

I like the Marina blue, but I have lived with a Volcano Black Aerospace and it is great. Very versatile.

Why not look at the B50 Cockpit with blue dial? Looks gorgeous!

I had the blue one you show but wore it on the titanium bracelet. If I was going rubber would get the black dial.

Thanks all. I am probably one of the most indecisive people ever (or am I?!?)

I'm leaning towards black now for a few reasons -

1) As mentioned, it is much more versatile in any situation/clothes
2) I like the idea of the AR coating making it look almost greyish in different lights
3) I prefer the black with the titanium band if I ever get it and the black rubber contrast may be a bit too much??
4) The digital displays almost blend in with the black and stand out a lot with blue
5) Resale value

That's got to be enough to swing it. I hope the blue isn't that nice now when I see it at the weekend !

I would go for blue dial and blue rubber with folding clasp.

How about the grey dial!

I have to say I like the blue dial and black rubber strap combo.

I've seen the blue dial in the flesh and it's lovely.

Good luck

Thanks for the input guys. I went for the volcano black in the end, loved the blue, but the black just had the edge and in the AD almost looked slate grey and blue in some lights.

Over the moon with it. Love the DP3 strap with the push button clasp.

I work in a Breitling AD, I would recommend the black dial. I would also recommend a black leather and rubber. Then you will have a true casual and smart look. Let be honest, it's great to have two looks for one watch. Especially when they cost thousands! Good luck!
