Here are some information about the famous Breitlight from Breitling France CEO Valérie Pierson with the help of Jean-Paul Girardin from Breitling Switzerland.
Breitlight is done from Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymere (PPA)

Interesting, thanks. I'd still like an answer, though about why only 100m water resistance?
