There's a story that Jerry Seinfeld had brought a few of his Breitling watches to an AD for service. He gave specific instructions that he did not want the watch cases polished during the service. Seinfeld saw the signs of wear on the cases as a testament to what he put the watches through and he has an emotional attachment to each of the watches. Well, apparently his specific instructions fell on deaf ears. His watches were returned to him, polished just like new. Supposedly he totally flipped out on Breitling when he got his watches back.
