Does Breitling Replace a 17 Jewel 7750 with a 25 Jewel at Service? I have a 1 line chronomat (B13048) and that was serviced in 2015 and am wondering if Breitling replaces the 17 Jewel with a 25 Jewel 7750 at service? I have heard that they don't and that they do.

They do not, no need to replace a mechanical movement in service.

I believe you but Watch U Want video on eta claims many issues with 17 jewel 7750 variant and the parts are different as reasons why breitling changes out to 25 jewel variant. Around the 30 minute mark: https://youtu.be/C5DgMb-uNes

In some aspects the older, 17-jewel 7750-s were more durable than the later produced 25-jewel offspring. I'm not talking about Breitling-cased ones, but generally the ETA-Valjoux base movements, regardless the manufacture using it. No need to replace, only parts overused.
