Two questions regarding the overhaul service to BUSA: 1. If I'm sending in a watch for service, do I send in both straps I have for the watch? 2. Should I include a note with specific issues I'm having with the watch, or will they figure everything out themselves? Thanks! |

Only send the strap if you want them to polish the buckle. |

If one 'strap' is a bracelet then yes, it will come back looking like new. You can identify any issues to assist but Breitling will make it's own assessment of the issues. |
