I purchased a Chronomat 44 flying fish new last year and the case is dated 2011, but mine came with paper 5yr warranty not the new electronic one!

Hey guys, It's been a while since I have posted, but I am super pumped to mention I just picked up a new Breitling Chronomat 44. The dial is blue with silver subdials and I love it! It came with the new electronic warranty card so I assume it's a newer production piece, unless those were reissued by Breitling to replace the old paper style. This brings me onto my question of the day: My watch has a date code of "2109B4" This signifies it is a 2009 build. Is this possible? I didn't think the chronomat 44 was released until 2011. As a new watch, wouldn't this piece need a service if it really is from 2009? Please help as this is stressing me out! Attachment: IMG_6027.JPG Any and all input is appreciated! |

Date code is when the case was produced, not the watch so not a problem. |
