Hey guys, I just got back from the field recently for work. And Im currently looking at some new Breitlings as I managed to stash away some disposable income. The top two candidates are the new Super Avenger, as the dial configuration has grown on me, and the Super Ocean Heritage Chronograph. I was thinking SA with white dial on a bracelet. (Which I think looks absolutely stunning.) As for the SOHC, does anyone know of any other color options for the dial? On the website they only show a black dial. But Ive seen blue ones on a few online sites. I really like the blue of the SOH, and would jump on a SOHC in that color. Any thoughts about either? |

There is also a bronze dial version of the SOHC. Personally I'm not too keen on the bronze version, but the black and blue look great. Black is probably the most classic of the two, but blue can be a nice change. As regards the choice between SA and SOCH - it's all down to you and which you like the most. Make sure you try them both on and one will jump out at you. |

I am most likely going to be picking up both. (Being away from my Breitlings for so long gave me the bug again. Haha.) But I just wasnt sure on the dial options for the SOHC, as I think the blue color configuration is one of the nicest out there. And Im also not to keen on the Bronze, but to each his own. |

These are two fantastic watches you are considering here. I would really like to add a black dialed SOH sometime soon. The blue dial is very stunning in person, I think you will be happy with this choice. Whichever color you decide on, you might also consider a matching Ocean Racer strap to go with it. The Ocean Racer really looks the business on the SOH. Another cool thing about the Ocean Racer strap is it will fit both watches you are considering. Please post some pictures when you get your new Breitling's. ![]() |

The blue is kind of nice. But I think the Black SOHC on mesh is the mutts nutts! I reckon this particular watch has the potential to become a future classic. For me, it is simply the most beautiful watch I have set eyes on since I bought my first and only Breitling nearly 35 years ago, and I couldn't resist the urge to have it on my wrist. Breitling would be crazy not to continue to develop\and evolve this simpler, cleaner style in their range. Ike |

I have a couple of watches that are 47mm and it does not feel much smaller really, I actually like the slimmer profile, it makes it easier to wear under sleeves but the diameter on the wrist looks bigger than 41mm, it is one of those classic cases of trying it on I think! |
